Job Purpose:

You will work with an inter-disciplinary team to support the implementation of the Pacific Sub Regional Programme at the national and sub-national levels and to ensure that the agreed strategic interventions are implemented in the context of the 2030 Agenda, ICPD Programme of Action and UNFPA Strategic Plan at the global level, the UN Pacific Strategy, UNFPA sub-regional programme at the regional level, and the national development agenda of the host country.     

 

Qualification and Experience:

Your Education

Ø  An advanced (Master’s) university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Health, Political Sciences, Population Studies, Education and/or related Social Sciences field with minimum 5 years or relevant work experience OR

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Public Health, Political Sciences, Population Studies, Education and/or related Social Sciences field with minimum 7 years of relevant work experience.

Ø  Substantive knowledge and practical experience in population, reproductive and sexual health programming.
